Now mysteriously when he wants to appeal these errors in law the govt made, he can’t do it because they are dragging their feet in an outlandish way to get the transcripts for the appeal. This Judge that did this to Kent does not want this case appealled, she knows it will be overturned on appeal. And there is collusion going on to prevent the transcripts from being completed. If that’s the Atheists only best weapon against Kent Hovind, and his message, (that he can be falsely accused and thrown in prison by a biased court) then they haven’t got much of an argument against him.
