Is ONE of the twin towers correctional facility a FULL hospital for male inmates?

I read the twin towers correctional facility is a hospital. My brother was arrested last weekend and my mom is worried he’s in the hospital because he got beat up, is it a real hospital? or part hospital/part prison? i know the other tower is a female prison.
