There are so many variables in this question its impossible to give a suggestion in an answer. What is his risk? What is his status? Is he pre trial or awaiting sentencing? Is he to be transferred to a medium or maximum facility? There is not near enough information to even begin to make a statement of credibility. Why is he to be transferred?

They work on Military Time so that is a little difficult to answer. It might be today or sometime next March.

there is no way to answer as each individual case is handled differently.

For us to make any prediction second expect that they would not give this information out in advance.
