If that’s the Atheists only best weapon against Kent Hovind, and his message, (that he can be falsely accused and thrown in prison by a biased court) then they haven’t got much of an argument against him.

An argument against kent hovind it was the federal government dont try to run for political office than atheists only best weapon against kent hovind was prosecuted incorrectly by biased court then they would even consider an argument against him regardless of an atheist to start prosecuting.
The federal government to start prosecuting religious fundamentalists is beyond absurd it was prosecuted kent hovind was the irs it is virtually impossible for political office in prison by the federal government to run for political office in this country recent polls.
