Would it be technically possible for the President to pardon everyone in prison?

I realize that a presidental pardon is limited in several ways. For example a pardon can not be issued for a crime that has not yet been committed. Also, a pardon only works for crimes against the United States, so civil crimes are not covered. Finally, a pardon must be accepted by whomever is receiving the pardon. I was just wondering if the President could decide to pardon everyone in the United States that was eligible for a pardon at one time. Is there paperwork he has to fill out, or can he just say: “Everyone gets a pardon.”

I really want to start wearing some Vans, because practically no one wears them. I was thinking Prison Issues or the Classics, but I don’t know if they will look good with skinny jeans. I’m not anti American. But this is a problem we need to solve. Most reveolutions start in the prisons.
