My ex-wife always seems to have some complaint about me no matter what I change, it is never enough.A few months after we separated I was in a car accident & charged with 3 felonies. As a result of this anytime she wants to be crappy about whatever we are going through with our son I get threats of calling the cops on me (& in the past she made up B.S. & had police reports made up ). Also just this past Sat. night when I stopped by her parents to take my son a gift she has him meet me at the door and inform me that her new boyfriend is inside & in her bedroom with her watching t.v. & I’m not allowed in the house but the real issue I have comes next . My 8 yr old son proceeds to tell me that his mom told him that his daddy was on drugs & sick.(who tells any child no matter what age that a parent is on drugs & sick ?)Also I found out that at the start of this week she contacted Child Support Recovery about me even though I have never missed a month since the payments began(It has been later in the month sometimes)When she told me of her plans to do so I asked her not to risk in anyway making me have to deal with law enforcement in fear it may disrupt my probation status, she said she didn’t care about that.(Is she trying to put me in prison so that I wont be an issue to her new relationship ?)

Why do certain types of inmates recieve psychiatric or psycological treatment? In particular, I am curious about criminals that commit a violent crime and their victim is a ‘child’ -under 18. These type of offenders are much more likely to recieve treatment than someone that commits a crime against an adult - at least according to the dep. of justice. It did not seem to be specific for just ’sex offenders’, but murders, batterers, robbers, etc. were all more likely to recieve treatment. Is there a real problem with theses types of offenders, while people who commit crimes against adults - not so much a psychological issue - or are these types of criminals at a point where most are beyond the point of that type of help?

Inner city issues become everyones problem and it seems the only answer from both parties is to increase funding for the police and sheriffs departments .
The same thing thats been done for over 35 years now without any results .
Well we do have one result .
THE LARGEST PERCENTAGE OF PEOPLE IN PRISON OF ANY DEMOCRACY IN THE WORLD .

Since candidates do not place importance on these issues or even show up to answer questions does that send the signal to the inner city communities that they just do not count .

At age 50 I lack the zip I once had. Living morally, and simply has it advantages. Prozac has knocked my libido out, but it manages my depression, and at 50 I rather like not being pulled by my libido–it used to be a pain. No AIDs worry.

I do have a prison and nursing home ministry to help keep me going some. I am also involved with a tiny nondenonimnational church, but there is no pay and a limited work.

I genuinely feel church work is worthwhile, but its not like when I dreamed of being a professional historian. That goal is gone I am underqualified. The field is flooded, I have too many gaps in my resume, and not enough publications. I am in a Bible study distance learning seminary, but it is going slow

Having chronic anxiety, depression, and panic attacks with little, almost no full time work experience, would disability be a possibility? Any thoughts appreciated.

Kent Hovind is in prison because the government wanted to get him, the IRS especially. He would not register for the federal tax exemption afforded to churches and ministries, because ultimately that gives the government a say in what the church or ministry can or can’t do, which was unconsiousable to Kent. There are charges that are flat fabrications, the prosecution did not follow the rules of proceedure and evidence, there were flat lies that were told and produced. Now mysteriously when he wants to appeal these errors in law the govt made, he can’t do it because they are dragging their feet in an outlandish way to get the transcripts for the appeal. This Judge that did this to Kent does not want this case appealled, she knows it will be overturned on appeal. And there is collusion going on to prevent the transcripts from being completed. If that’s the Atheists only best weapon against Kent Hovind, and his message, (that he can be falsely accused and thrown in prison by a biased court) then they haven’t got much of an argument against him.
There is information on this injustice to be found and a petition in his favor if you care to view it.
