The first to release those who are supposed to be released believe try to find more info in your local paper first read about it.
The first read about it couple of violent crime drug dealers are not convicted of weeks ago.

New laws go into effect every January, and every January rumors go around the joint that there are going to be reductions in sentences. It is never true, and it is not now. Prison overcrowding may force some releases, depending upon how the federal lawsuit works out, but that is not going to be the result of any new law.
